This Big Mac Pizza is perfect for any time of the week, its loaded with ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions and that always recognizable special sauce.

Directions to make a 12" Pizza:

1. Brown a 1/4 pound of ground beef and let it cool
2. Press out your dough
3. Spread half of your special sauce on the pizza
4. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese
5. Cook in your PINNACOLO pizza oven until the crust and cheese has been cooked to your liking.
6. Add lettuce, Pickles and Onions
7. Cover with remaining special sauce

Secret Sauce:

1. 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
2. 1 tablespoon sweet relish
3. 3/4 tablespoon yellow mustard
4. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
5. 3/4 teaspoon sugar
6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
7. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
8. 2 tablespoons pickle juice
